Chicken Steak

Break the monotony and take a tasty adventure tonight. Try out this delicious Chicken Steak with your family.

Ingredients (For 8 Servings)

  • 4 large chicken breasts - boneless
  • 2 eggs - slightly whisked 
  • 1 ginger paste 
  • 1 garlic paste 
  • 1 cup of onions - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon of coriander leaves - chopped 
  • 2 green chilies - finely chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder 
  • Flour - enough to make a thin coating 
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar 
  • Salt 
  • Fortune Cooking Oil
Method
  1. Wipe the chicken breasts and beat with a mallet or a knife to flatten them. Cut each chicken breast into two pieces. 
  2. Mix the chicken with the other ingredients, except for the oil. 
  3. Put this mixture aside to marinate for 2 hours. 
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or a grill with a thin layer of Fortune Cooking Oil. 
  5. When hot, place as many pieces of chicken without them touching each other, turning over at once. (If the dish is not big enough to take in all the pieces together, it may need a few turns to prepare all) 
  6. Lower the heat and cook the chicken till it is tender and brown on both sides, turning when one side is done.
